We have developed a MS.NET / SQL application to greatly simplify exectutive reporting and analytics for a wide variety of strategic, finance, supply chain, manufacturing and human capital functional areas.

The configuation of the the software follows the consulting process - the process similar to the Management Consultant who engages your firm. Rather than deliver an Excel Spreadsheet and PowerPoint file of the analysis,  it is delivered in TekMetrix Software - as a management operating system for the clients continued and on-going use.

The software lets the user define Programs, for example, a Strategic Cost Reduction Program and to define various business analysis Projects within the Program. Each Project as an identified Business Problem, Business Objectives, Business Case, and Project Resource Schedule for an "analsyis".The analysis uses reports and analytics that are presented to the user as a result of defining the project.

The analytics and diagnostics are achievable in TekMetrix Software because we have developed over a period of 8 years a very large set of stored procedures which we designate as a "KPI Engine". The Engine runs the analytics and diagnostics. To implement the software our MS SQL tables must be populated with your SAP ERP or BW BI master and transaction data.  Each analytic, selected in the project, can be analyzed and or benchmarked on from 1 to 6 parameters plus time.

There is no functional configuration of the software - just table population and setting up Cost Improvement Programs, adding Projects to the Programs and selecting several of 250 analytics that reside in TekMetrix. Or choose an industry niche analytic like SAP SD Perfect Order Analysis, Vendor Spend or Waterfall Pricing.

As we have deep skills in implementing SAP R/3 and SAP BW (BI IP) SEM BusinessObjects we are well aware of the capabilities of SAP reporting and analytics tools. And we use them where applicable. TekMetrix has many implementations of standard SAP BI IP SEM. TekMetrix Analysis & Diagnostic software fills a much needed ease of user interface and ease of implementation for complex SAP Business Intelligence Projects.
